These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Quernalysek website and research assistant service. Please read them carefully before using the service.
Nature of the Service and Important Limitations
Quernalysek is an AI-powered investment research assistant. It is designed to help you organise market information, examine assumptions, compare scenarios and develop your own independent research position. Quernalysek is not a financial adviser, investment manager or regulated financial service. Nothing produced by or through Quernalysek constitutes financial advice, a personal recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument.
The outputs of Quernalysek research sessions are provided for informational and research support purposes only. They reflect the information you bring to a session and the analytical frameworks applied to it; they do not represent a guarantee of accuracy, completeness or fitness for any particular purpose. You are solely responsible for any investment decisions you make. If you require regulated financial advice, you should consult a qualified financial adviser authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority.
Your Use of the Service
By using the Quernalysek website and service, you agree to use them only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms of Use. All content on the Quernalysek website — including text, design, logos and software — is the intellectual property of Quernalysek Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the website or service without our prior written consent. The research notes and outputs you create during your own sessions using the service remain yours.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or your use of the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. These Terms of Use were last updated in June 2025. We may revise them from time to time; continued use of the service following any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
